All of my services include a free phone or video consultation which ensures we share expectations and a vision for your hair.

Cancellation Policy - Please note as a small business owner I have a 24-hours policy for cancellations (unless COVID related) and bill for 100% of the missed services. I work by appointment only and appreciate your mindfulness and consideration of the time that I have reserved specifically to help you reach your hair goals.
How to prepare for your appointment
• Prepare to relax - wear something comfie and bring minimal items with you.
• Please pre-shampoo and condition your hair within 24 hours of your appointment.
• Please come alone to your appointments - Odelay appointments are always masked, one-to-one ensuring the safety and comfort of the guest and stylist.
And then....
WHEN YOU ARRIVE
• Park in any open 30 minute space to the right of the main Alameda Hotel entrance. Text or call me when you have safely parked your car and I'll either meet you at your car or my front door to provide you with a temporary parking pass for your dashboard.
• Once inside and seated, I’ll have a disposable mask ready for you to wear during our appointment.
• I accept cash, credit, debit (or for returning guests, I can send an email invoice via Square).
